Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FocusRank.

By creating an account, you confirm all information provided is accurate.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to earn more coins is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

FocusRank provides a free focus timer, coin system, national leaderboard, and reward redemption platform for students.

The service is provided 'as is' with no guarantees of uptime or availability.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time.

FocusRank is designed for self-study only — not for use during live online classes.

Tab switching or leaving the browser tab during a session will automatically pause your timer. Coins are only awarded for genuine focus time.

Using scripts, bots, or any automation to earn coins is strictly prohibited.

Sharing accounts with others to accumulate coins is not allowed.

Attempting to manipulate the leaderboard or reward system will result in immediate account suspension.

FocusRank conducts periodic audits of session data. Suspicious activity will be investigated.

Coins are earned by completing genuine, uninterrupted self-study sessions.

Daily coin limit: 120 coins per day, maximum 6 sessions per day.

Custom sessions earn approximately 0.2 coins per minute (min 1, max 30 per session).

Streak bonuses: +50 coins for 7-day streak, +300 coins for 30-day streak.

FocusRank reserves the right to adjust coin values and limits at any time.

Coins have no monetary value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Rewards are available after 90 days of consistent study (6 out of 7 days per week, ≥80% weeks).

Once redeemed, coins are deducted and cannot be refunded.

Reward delivery is subject to availability and sponsor cooperation. FocusRank will make best efforts to fulfil all valid redemptions within 30 days.

For physical rewards (books), your delivery address will be required via email after redemption.

FocusRank reserves the right to verify reward claims and reject fraudulent redemptions.

Rewards are funded by advertising revenue and partner sponsors. If insufficient funds are available, delivery timelines may be extended.

You agree not to use FocusRank for any unlawful purpose.

You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform.

Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames are not permitted.

You will not share your account credentials with others.

All FocusRank content, design, code, and branding is the property of FocusRank and its developer.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute FocusRank's interface or code without written permission.

User-generated content (usernames, study data) remains yours, but you grant FocusRank a licence to display it on leaderboards.

FocusRank displays Google AdSense advertisements to fund the free service and reward pool.

Using ad blockers is allowed, but we kindly ask you not to — every impression helps fund a student's reward.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting focusrank.in@gmail.com.

Upon account termination, all coins and reward eligibility are forfeited.

FocusRank is provided free of charge and 'as is', without warranty of any kind.

We are not liable for any loss of data, coins, or rewards due to technical issues.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed ₹0 (the amount you paid — which is zero).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
